Accordingly, there is an increasing demand for annual rental units.

Riyadh does not lack residential buildings or apartments but rather complexes with a suitable community accompanied by amenities and sustainable property management with access to maintenance 24/7. the past 5 years have given us a distinguished experience in operation and management as we maintained a +95% occupancy rate with a retention rate of 78%. Correspondingly, the expansion was made to triple the number of units and we are looking for more opportunities for development, management, and operation.

HISTORY

Over the past 8 years we have managed to develop and operate more than 12,000 m2 of land 15,000 m2 of built-up area (BUA) and creating homes with full amenities in an efficient sustainable green communities with a population of more than 250 residence living between studios apartments penthouses and townhomes.

2015

Acquired our first land, STAY 1, in Al-Yasmin.

2017

Launch of a multifamily residential community with more than 6400 m2 Gross Floor Area (GFA), consisting of 33 units.

2020

Secured land in King Saud University Campus, consisting of approximately 18,000 m2 (GFA). Project pending approval from RCRC.

2021

Acquired STAY 2 land and begun development in Al-Nakheel with more than 34 units and more than 6000 m2 (GFA). Due to open December 2023.

2022

Acquired STAY 3 land in Hitten and begun development consisting of 16 units with more than 2500 m2 (GFA). Due to open December 2023.
