Do you offer different lease durations with different prices?

We offer flexible leasing options to accommodate your needs. Our lease durations and corresponding pricing adjustments are as follows:

· 1 year: Standard price listed in our Website

· 6 months: 25% increase in price compared to the annual rate

· 3 months: 50% increase in price compared to the annual rate

Do you allow pets in your properties?

We are pet-friendly and welcome pets in our properties. An entrance fee of 1000 SAR is required when you first bring your pet. After that, there will be an additional monthly fee of 500 SAR for having your pet in the property.

Do you have a cleaning service?

Yes, we offer different services with extra fees such as cleaning, laundry, and car wash services

Are we required to pay a security deposit, and is it refundable?

Paying a security deposit is mandatory as per our company policy. The deposit is refundable, subject to the condition of the unit upon move-out. If the unit is returned in its original condition, barring normal wear and tear, the full deposit will be refunded.

Do you have any discounts?

Yes, we offer a 5% discount on the total lease amount when you make an upfront payment.

What amenities are included with the properties?

Our properties come with a range of amenities designed to provide comfort and convenience. These include a state-of-the-art fitness center, a swimming pool, internet access, the kid’s nursery, outdoor terrace, cinema, yoga studio and a 24-hour security system. We also offer on-site parking and a dedicated maintenance team to ensure that all facilities are kept in excellent condition.

Can we switch properties?

Residents are allowed to switch properties subject to availability and approval. If you’re interested in moving to a different property within our portfolio, please contact our leasing office to discuss your options and any potential fees or changes to your lease terms that may apply.

Is there a process for reporting maintenance issues?

We have a streamlined process for reporting maintenance issues. Residents can easily report any concerns via our online resident portal or by contacting our maintenance hotline or via email. Our on-site maintenance team is committed to addressing and resolving issues promptly to ensure a comfortable living experience.

The design is the same in all the units category?

The design varies across different unit categories to cater to diverse preferences and needs. Each category has its fix, unique layout and aesthetic, providing a range of options for potential residents.

What does the rent include?

The rent includes access to all property’s amenities, such as the gym, pool, and business center. It also covers on-site maintenance and security services. Utilities are not included in the rent and are the responsibility of the tenant based on their usage.
